Linked Preview LLC hereby grants to you an exclusive worldwide royalty-free license in perpetuity to reproduce, distribute, display, prepare derivate works, modify and publicly perform the Images in connection with the real estate industry, including without limitation such uses of the Images in connection with advertising real property, at Brokerage’s discretion. 

Brokers/Real Estate Agents acknowledge that Linked Preview retains the title and ownership of the images, videos, 3D tours and all listing services media. Photos intended for AirBnb,VRBO, and the like are subject to a higher cost as they are for repeat use.

Linked Preview hereby represents and warrants that it owns all rights, titles and interest in and to the Images, no third party has any rights in, to, or arising out of the Images, Broker/Real Estate Agent does not have the right to sell images. If approached in regards to selling the images, the deal must be done through Linked Preview. The parties agree that the realtor is under no obligation to credit Linked Preview as the author or owner of the Images. Though we would appreciate it. You agree to these terms and  conditions once payment has been processed and products delivered.
